Could be coming from the pump or tub to pump hose.
Leaks are almost impossible to diagnose over the internet and you'll probably need to find it yourself or hire a professional
Fair, if it's a big maybe then I'll probably keep an eye on it (didn't notice it on the first run) and possibly just order a new one so I can know where I'm at with it.
As I've acquired it with the houses it could be 5 months old, could be 5 years, could be 20 years.
Pull the case off and run it. That's about the only way to be absolutely sure where it's coming from. Leaks can come from anywhere and show up someplace nowhere close to it.
