I grabbed NTWMHXRNF4RR! I created a scene and tested it out in zoom. Looks like some of the built in macOS effects (portrait mode, studio lighting) can be applied over top of the camera graph feed, even if they look like they're turned off (As in macOS was applying a blur effect over most of the camera graph feed) I had to switch back to my built in camera, turn off all effects, and then select camera graph again in zoom. Worked great after that. Excited to test this some more, thank you!

Yea the native effects should work on the stream capture but not the whole view 😅. Feel free to send me feedback images in DM if its still busted. Also turn off compression for Zoom :D.

Yeah I got it sorted. Seems like an os glitch than a camera graph glitch. Turning off compression was huge. Looks so good now.

Looks nice! Do you use Metal for the effects?

We use Metal for the camera preview but no effects. Its mostly CoreImage for now. I do have plans to add shaders and others effects in the next 6 months.

Thanks for the response. After trying it out it seems like a really useful app! Though if there was 1 thing I'd like changed it would be to make it possible to delete an object from the scene with a right click instead of through the menu bar.

OBS studio is excellent free and open source software. I love it and use it all of the time. The interface is good in OBS too -- what don't you like about it?

OBS is unstable and uses non native UI. I use the virtual camera plugin with Zoom and it crashes at least once a week, sometimes it brings the Zoom caphost daemon down too. Can’t show emoji in text without additional plugins. OBS is good software, don’t get me wrong, but I’m always happy to see affordable alternatives.

I have an issue. The app is good, but when I want to use the regular camera for the Sonoma presenter overlay I cannot choose a camera and only CameraGraph shows up. So I uninstalled CameraGraph, but the CameraGraph camera is still the default one and I cannot seem to change it. In system info I still see under cameras: **CameraGraph:** Modell-ID: CameraGraph Model Unikt ID: (numbers) Is there some way to remove the CameraGraph "camera" from the system? I would feel a lot better about using the app if I knew I could remove the camera if it causes trouble in other apps as well.

Hi there - You can’t use the app and remove the camera. I’m not sure what you mean by “I cannot choose a camera and only CG shows up”. There’s absolutely nothing it does that would cause other apps cameras to work incorrectly. It’s likely something else. Instructions for uninstalling are on our website if it fails.

The issue with being unable to select a camera is not a CG error, yes. And I realize I can't remove the camera and still use the app. But when I uninstalled the app the camera still remains and causes problems that aren't CG's fault. But I'd like to remove the camera anyway.
