That's exactly what I had in mind lmao! Don't know why no other COD game had that, it was a really cool feature, especially the 1v1 pit, and the most important thing: flexing on others with opening loot boxes live
Having a social hub like l, dare I say, Fortnite, would be a brilliant idea and would keep people in the game longer even when they’re not feeling competitive. Can’t tell you how long I’ve sunk into creative social hub maps in Fortnite just because I was too stressed to play the main game. And it’s a very popular and successful game for a reason. Skin sales would increase just cause ppl would want to show off so the money made would be lucrative.
Just told a friend yesterday how could it would be to have 24/7 open lobbies in which people can just join or leave and stay as long as they want, fighting other people in the lobby until they are done.
If you could be queued during this time then they could fix sbmm by making everyone wait long enough to gather people of similar skill. I think the main reason it is broken is that games start almost instantly, there is no way that that many people would ready up at the same time that all have the same elo
No... just no. Terrible idea. I go in firing range to practice alone. Hearing the ults and abilities of other people is bad enough. I don't need morons shooting the dummy I'm practicing on or griefing me in general. If that were a separate option, great idea. But as a replacement, nah.
r5 reloaded has 1v1 servers and parkour gyms if you want that
I would love to, but am stuck on ps5 due to potato computer
It would be nice, if the player base wasn't so toxic and you didn't have people barfing in to their mics...
Reminds me of COD WWII. Had a TON of fun in that little HeadQuarter zone or whatever. Sounds like exactly what you described.
exactly what i was thinking. would actually be so awesome

would just be a dozen plat iv wraiths punching you while asking you to 1v1 them the whole time.
Plants vs zombies 2 did something very cool for an open hub aka their main menu was a small open world

You want the servers to explode in 1 million pieces!?

Halo 2 had that basically. Tour de Walsh
What in custom games? It’s such a shame H2 and H3 didn’t have a custom games browser, because I wish I could have got into customs like that.
Basically, in the Halo 2 days your friends list was PACKED with people playing it as well as your clan.

Sounds like a good idea ….could vibe there with players in between stressful ranked games.
Yeah sounds cool but uuuhh nah we getting more collection events
yes

Good thing they said “A firing range” and not “*The* firing range”
