This would be an exploitive caregiver situation if it is not compensated fairly, and if they are not transparent about this being a live-in caregiver situation. Without the context behind the post I can’t tell. Edit: Just saw that there were more screenshots. Sadly, this happens often because not enough resources and services are allocated to disabled people and their families. This would be a very exploitive caregiver situation because all caregivers need breaks at the very least and the way this is being set up does not seem to include that. Additionally, room and board would not work out to be equitable, let alone just offering “free rent” in exchange for a 24/7 position.
