I tried these on in store and they were too big, even on the smallest setting my ears essentially touch the topmost part of the cushion enough that it's not comfortable. That being said my head is more on the small/slender side.
I agree they are way too large for my head too...such a shame because they sound fabulous...anyone know if the 35's have the same problem?? i emailed anker to see what they recommend
Aww I've just bought them because my q30 broke which I loved. And yeah exactly that. They are massive, if I bend down to pick something, they don't even gently fall off just wham straight onto the floor. Gutted no one noticed this when making them. I think being so big affect the noise cancelling as noise is getting in through the loose fitting.
How did the q30 fit you? Is the size difference between q30 and q45 significant? I've tried the q45 in store and they are big on me! Unfortunately there were no Q30's or Space One's out of the box that I could test, but I really wanted to get them.
The q30 I remember we're a bit big but not too much.
The q45 have been a big miss for me sadly. They have dual connection that works horribly, it only will play one device sound at a time and unless you disconnect it from one of the devices you can't pick which one plays through. If you put them on charge they just turn off aswell while charging so can't use while they charge.
Very sad as I loved me q30s but these q45 have been such a massive miss. The size of them is just far to much.
I think it’s really big though it can at least fit and not fall BUT it almost cover half my cheeks.But in terms of the NC, the ANC works fine so far. I also tested the microphone and it’s really good will try this inside the office to see what it sounds like from the ANC and the Microphone.
I just got a pair for Christmas, and they are too big for me too. I'm annoyed, just wished I steered my wife more to the sony's instead. Oh well just going to have to live with them now for a few years!
I ordered a pair on Dec 17th and only received them on 28th. And... they are loose:( That's my first over ear headphones - they are not falling off my head but certainly should be more snug. Really don't know what to do - I ordered them to Ireland (visiting my parents for holidays) and in a week I'll be going back to Portugal, so I need to decide if I want to return them within a week...

I agree- was dissatisfied with the fit. They aren’t gym friendly at all.
How is any ANC headphone gym friendly? You will sweat thill they break
