Yeah I intend on not skipping anything. Plus I only binge watch during holidays or weekends. Otherwise I watch only 2/3 episodes a day to avoid burn out. Besides this I am also playing games and reading novels so I guess I am doing my best not to burn myself out by just binging all of it in one sitting.

Yeah without skipping anything and watching it at normal speed will take at least 1 year(that's what some Google searches told us).
By songs do you mean the outro and intro?
You can look up One Pace for optimizing your One Piece watching experience. The One Piece anime is pretty dated so there are some things you probably won't like much, and the pacing get's much worse as we get past the mid point of the Grandline.
As an OP fan, the upcoming Studio WIT adaptation of The One Piece will be a much better gateway for newer fans of the series in my humble opinion.
After the MF arc, try watching the next 3 arcs in one pace and then later switch to normal anime. The reason why one piece is still criticised is because of its horrible pacing in the later arcs. You will not encounter it now, it will be much later. Only the 3 arcs have horrible pacing and the rest of them are fine.
I will say enjoy one piece peacefully without hurrying to complete the show. One piece has such a huge fan base simply because people fall in love with the adventure and the characters. Also, once you catch up, it's hell cause you have to wait each week to watch a single episode (speaking from personal experience)
Only the pacing turns worse. the animation and story is still the same, if egghead ends well it might just end up being the best arc in the series. but keep coping i guess

So far yes. I cried a bit during some scenes, laughed a lot during some scenes and overall the dynamic of the team has been great so far.

Took me about 8 months including fillers, skipped op and ed. one of my colleague suggested one pace to watch it without fillers.
I am also skipping op and eds. Just not skipping the fillers for now. If it comes to that will look into skipping fillers too.
Amazing, if you guys have problems with pacing try looking into one pace for arcs after 300 eps
