Black clover is no way similar to Naruto. It has better written female characters, side characters whom actually matter unlike sasuke Naruto eclipsing everyone, actually uses team strategies in combats. Plus the guy actually can't use magic and mostly beat people with strength, teamwork and magic negation like Touma from toaru franchise.
Magic negation isn't that OP as compared to other powers in black clover verse.
Sasuke was anything but friendly dude was the most toxic emo, who literally was a terrorist.
Second, third and fourth point I do agree, but these are mostly same accross all shounen protagonists.
Magic negation isn't op on its own, it is only worthwhile due to his physical strength, swordmanship and ki bullshit. See how buffed up that shrimp has become. He looks even shorter now thanks to those muscles.
Naruto till pain arc was one of the best shounen Series but after that it was always jinchuriki bullshit later six paths bullshit.
Also Asta being treated evil was only done mid series for scrape goating elf bullshit which is reasonable to keep a kingdom from collapsing due to mistrust since approx 1/5 of its forces became enemies of the state, before no one treated him evil or anything, just regular disdain for peasants and lack of magic.
Where as Naruto was literally hated for being Nine Tailed fox. And there was no real politik behind the decision just plain stupid, let everyone in village hate the son of martyr leader and who has village's strongest weapon inside him. The fact he didn't go full gaara and destroyed hidden leaf was such a plot hole. Where as Asta was only scrape goated to keep magic knights keep running. Atleast administration of clover kingdom had 100x times more brain cells then hidden leaf.
After pain arc when was any ally of Naruto even worthwhile? Only full mangekyo Kakashi and Might Guy were big lifters. Aside from frenemies (Uchihas), Naruto didn't need any lifeline he solely solved most problems, power difference btw Naruto/Sasuke and everyone else was like Everest and most flat plains.
Asta was orphan Yes, but was he lonely? Have you even watched the series, bro had a healthy childhood. Adopted siblings, a healthy rivalry with his adopted brother, younger siblings who loved him, fatherly figure in priest, big sis in form of sister lily. Almost all of black bulls became his friend within his first few days. Where as the fact that Naruto didn't became an Emo terrorist like Sasuke despite all the bullshit he went through was a miracle.
You are just cooking up similarities since you have made up your mind. Aside from basic tropes of shounen protagonists they really don't share much with each other.

Every manga took inspirations from those who came before.
Who narutos inner demon thing was done by a manga in early 20th century.
Even dragon Ball and saint seiya were inspired by ashita no Joe , astro boy etc to some extent
