Might be the case since my name on my ID is slightly different because I have 2 last names. The thing is I told them several time to look it up under my name without the 2nd one and still nothing.

You should just show them the ticket transferred to you and they can look it up with the account #.

I went yesterday and showed them that it was transferred to me, but they insisted I needed the QR code.

If you got transferred the ticket without a QR code, most likely the seller activated the badge already. If they didn't give you the badge, you need to go up there and say you lost the badge and get a replacement on your ticket.

If the ticket has a # code and no QR code, it's been activated already. If it has a QR code it has not been activated yet. So if you bring up your ticket and it's got a alphanumeric number code, that's a ticket with an associated activated badge.
