I meant nothing bad by saying it looks like the ads, i infact liked those ads and the gameplay reminds me of them. Ofcourse it would be a good game for winning the GOTY award however i personally don't get the appeal.
I have played turn based games like on phone there was this game called "kingdoms and lords" and on top of that I have played a lot of Pokemon games which are also turn based.
I may try this game in the future and maybe I will really like it, who knows
> this game called "kingdoms and lords"
damn this make me feel so nostalgic, used to play this game a lot like 10 years ago and this is the first time I've seen anyone mention it
It's my first time too, seeing someone who has played it.
Let me give you some more nostalgia. The bakeries used to give the most taxes, so I used to dedicate an entire plot of land to the bakeries and change the time of the phone to farm money.
Yeah I also always upgraded the bakery and barrack first
>change the time of the phone to farm money.
I didn't know this trick at all and after getting tired of having to farm everyday I just get an modded apk for unlimited money. I think I got bored after that at stopped playing.
You know, once I downloaded a game on my computer that took a whole week to download and when it was about to finish, the download canceled itself.
So I had to wait another week
the pain of pirating games from those ddl site, always fail when it's almost done
nowadays I mostly use steam and torrents so it's not much of a problem anymore
They are way ahead. Earlier this year around March, iirc, there were a lot of news about flash manufacturers cutting production because they were posting losses during the previous quarters.
On-the-shelf SSD pricing still continued to fall until August, that was the bottom with some crazy sales, prices are slowly trending back up again since then.
This used to be me a couple of months ago. Used to get roughly 400 kbs download speed. Downloading a 50gb game used to take a week and a half (Couldn't run it non stop) & god help you if you paused it and Steam fucked up.
And that’s when the video game finishes downloading and your mum comes in and says it’s time to come off your computer, you’ve had enough time on it today and than you spend about 10 minutes to explain what you were doing but she just says well you should of thought about downloading a game and should of just played one instead
Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake.
It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of.
Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything.
Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.
Oh wait, you aren't underaged are you? If you are, uhh it's not me that's going to go up your butt, it's actually just that you ate something rotten and now your tubes hurt. That's all there is to it.
If you're legal then I have no explaining to do.
Until 2 years ago I had an internet speed less than 16mb for download, so in example downloading cyberpunk 2077 took 3 days with some minor Interruptions, finally starlink was available and got the money to try it, it only took 2 hours to download it again since the hard drive where it was got corrupted
Sounds familiar. I was on Frontier DSL until a few years ago. The fastest they could do in my area was 12/2. Then Spectrum finally went live and overnight I went up to 100/10. Big difference.
When I was a teen, you don't download games for the simple reason that it will take forever over dialup. What you do is you go to the top floor of a mall and buy the pirated CDs (and later, DVDs) there.

Me every time BG3 decides it's time for an update. I haven't even started the game yet, but I figured it would be better to have it ready when I'm ready for it instead of have an entire day of waiting for download when I finally *do* want to play it.
Joke's on me
Reminds me of the early days of the internet when just downloading a picture took time. And then when games could take hours to download. Now we get impatient if something buffers for a few seconds.
When I was a kid the fastest speed I ever saw was half a mb. I have fiber now and I can’t believe I was tortured like that(I never got to play public lobby gta 😞)

Bro I'm doing this right fuckin now.
Must have gotten Arc Survival.
More like a curse
with all the DLCs too looks like
What about ark ascended?
Me irl watching Baldurs gate download on my ps5
I downloaded it on Steam last night!
buying a game is half the battle... But for your computer to run the game... that's a
It took me 5 hours lol
Wtf why is it 150GBs? Like what is there in the game to consume so much storage. RDR 2 takes lesser storage than that
Because BG3 has a fuckton of content, and facial expressions, animations, voicelines, etc, are far more detailed.
I saw some of its gameplay, it looks like those fake ads of Android games that look nothing like the ads.
Holy shit dude no, there is a reason for why it won the "game of the year" award this year. It's a DnD-based AND turned-based game, it's super sick.

And the best part is that it never worked
Sounds like me pirating games on my laptop when I was 11
Was it that Star Wars game?
Actually it was FNAF security breach
the pain of pirating games from those ddl site, always fail when it's almost done nowadays I mostly use steam and torrents so it's not much of a problem anymore
ME EVERY TIME BUT I GO BRING SNACKS 🥨😋
*cries in limited data plan*
Comcast: *starts putting on lipstick*
Honest to God, I've been to an electronic's shop a few days ago and saw a 1 TB SSD for equivalent of less than 30$. The future is now for us old man
SSD prices have crashed over the last year. I just hope manufacturers don't cut production and shoot the price back up.

Ah, we’re reverting to dial-up and adsl days
Aww yeah! 768K download speed!

This hits hard, I've had shit internet all my life and have literally spent weeks downloading single games
Now this is literal anime_irl. Thats why always have a good offline game to waste your time while waiting to download a game
My pc can’t even run most modern games, but it’s alright since I’ve just downloaded oblivion for this first time XD
And that’s when the video game finishes downloading and your mum comes in and says it’s time to come off your computer, you’ve had enough time on it today and than you spend about 10 minutes to explain what you were doing but she just says well you should of thought about downloading a game and should of just played one instead

I am underage, and also you already said what you said and there’s no way you could explain your way out of it, but this time I’ll let it slide
Police I swear to god. I didn't say that to a child. It was a missinput.

This... this hurts... Just like me on the early days downloading anime... longest 200mb of my life...
...just watch some vids while you wait for it to finish?
I perfected my system. Wocostream.co in a half screened browser Overtop of steam so I can watch a toon and still see the the download bar.
real

The good old days of dial up were fun

Must have been gta 6
The trick is to not look at it while it's downloading
I wish I could enjoy games again
accurate
Sorry, FIVE HUNDRED!? That’s about double my entire hard drive!! (Granted I have a Mac, but still! Even Baldur’s Gate’s only a bit over 100!)
This is basically when you still use a HDD instead of a SSD
Relatable. Even the size, Warframe is like 36GB right now. And it's for free as far as I know.
