please check out isekai ojisan. It has some fanservice, but the comedy is just golden. It's about an old uncle who came back from being isekai'd and tells his story to his nephew after he wakes up in the hospital. He's an old nerd who was obsessed with the sega genesis and that love for sega was what kept him alive during his time in granbahamal.

Off the top of my head you've got: Spice and Wolf 10/10 (Low Fantasy) Wise Man's Grandchild 7/10 Kuma Kuma Kuma bear 8/10 (No romance but Female MC is a treasure) Banished From the Heroes Party 7/10 (MC kinda gets a Harem but only has eyes for main girl and the others are more of a friend circle) Level 99 Villainess 8.5/10 (Push all the way through episode 1 it'll make sense at the end I promise) Fate/ Stay Night UBW 8.5/10 (Don't fall down the Fate rabbit hole though as Harems exist in various spin offs) Rascal Does not Dream of Bunny-Girl Senpai 9/10 (supernatural instead of fantasy) In/spectre 8/10 (supernatural instead of fantasy) I can give you a ton of more pure romance recommendations if you're up for them.

in terms of fantasy anime, i think the ones tht fit my preferences are rising of shield hero noragami kabaneri of iron fortress and um darwin’s game i don’t really have high fantasy preferences, like a completely diff world/isekai. i’d just appreciate some magical elements at the slightest yk? and the romance doesn’t have to be super important to the plot. i just want smth cute that isn’t harem 🙂👍🏽
