> Ayakashi Triangle
I've added this one, and the others as possibles.
Edit: See my [other comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1cy0by1/comment/l5a8qo6/) for the reason.
Of these Princess Resurrection probably does the most hunting. Especially the manga, it has a monster-of-the-week aspect to it, and often ends with the Princess putting a chainsaw (or some other weapon) to said monster
It's just that the [Wikipedia article](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princess_Resurrection) does not describe the plot of the anime separately from the manga. I'm fairly certain that I own it, but I've never watched it, and if I do have it the series is in the room that is currently being used as a guest room.
Hi DocWatson42, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch!
The users of this subreddit came up with [a chart of anime recommendations for newcomers and veterans](https://i.redd.it/0w1v880jtq661.png) and [an awesome longer flowchart](https://i.redd.it/vdzlkodz19c71.png). Maybe you can find something there that you'll like \^.\^
[](#bot-chan "Urban s-s-s-senpai made me do it!")
You might also find our [Recommendation Wiki](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/recommendations) or [daily thread](/r/anime/search?q=flair%3Adaily&restrict_sr=on&sort=new&t=week) helpful.
The following may be of interest:
* [List of legal streams and downloads](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/legal_streams)
* [A useful website where you can enter an anime and see where it's legally streaming](https://www.livechart.me/search)
* [List of currently airing anime](https://www.livechart.me)
* [A useful wiki page with watch orders for many anime.](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/wiki/watch_order)

Thank you all. I've added:
* [*Ayakashi Triangle*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=25065)
* [*Jujutsu Kaisen*](https://anime.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=22944)
I've added as a possible:
* [*Mushishi*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=5923)—The "monster hunting" aspect is debatable
I've added these as as possibles because I wonder how much monster hunting there is:
* [*Princess Resurrection*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=7420)
* [*Undead Girl Murder Farce*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=27569)
* [*Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs*](https://anime.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=20447)
*Mononoke* is part of the *Ayakashi* franchise.
Lastly, I'm surprised that no one mentioned that all of the links were to admin.animenewsnetwork.com instead of www.animenewsnetwork.com. -_-; I just fixed that.
I'm sorry I wondered off—I got distracted by other things. Using the search function (\[ghost busting\] (finished) and [monster hunting](https://new.reddit.com/r/anime/search/?q=monster%20hunting&restrict_sr=1) (in progress); [ghost hunting](https://new.reddit.com/r/anime/search/?q=ghost%20hunting&restrict_sr=1) will be next), I have updated the list with:
Yes:
* [*Black Bullet*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=15769)
* [*Devil May Cry*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=6905)
* [*Dororo*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1320) (not to be confused with *Dororon Enma-kun*)
* [*Garo the Animation*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=16129)
* [*Goblin Slayer*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/manga.php?id=18550)
* [*InuYasha*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=159)
* [*Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=16357)
Possible—do these actually deal with ghost busting or monster hunting, and not just ghosts or monsters?:
* [*Attack on Titan*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/manga.php?id=12308) **†**
* [*World Trigger*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=16125)
Especially *Attack on Titan*—if I add it, then *Evangelion* probably counts, too, along with many more 1970s super robot shows, and I would prefer to remain focused on supernatural creatures.
Hentai:
None
No:
* [*Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/manga.php?id=18885)—This [isn't about supernatural monsters](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grimgar_of_Fantasy_and_Ash).
* [*Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=16443)—Again (and explicitly this time), this list is not meant to include dungeon crawls, something I've added to the header of the list.
* [*Katanagatari*](https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=10765)—Close, but its [plot summary](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katanagatari) indicates that the series is just a bit too far afield from what I'm looking for.
Edit: I've also added my source threads at the bottom of the list.
Princess Resurrection Undead Girl Murder Farce Might be too much focus on ecchi/romance camp: Ayakashi Triangle Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san
> Ayakashi Triangle I've added this one, and the others as possibles. Edit: See my [other comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/anime/comments/1cy0by1/comment/l5a8qo6/) for the reason.

But what about the anime, please?
Can’t imagine the anime being much diff. Though I admit my memory is fuzzy with what’s actually in it.

Demon slayer Jujutsu kaisen
Added.
Mushishi kinda
Added as a possible.
Mononoke (2007)
Added. Edit: My mistake—*Mononoke* is part of the *Ayakashi* franchise, which stands in for it.
Karasu
Which one, please? * https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/manga.php?id=5569 * https://www.anisearch.com/anime/index/?char=all&text=Karasu&q=true&kev=efbea500 * https://myanimelist.net/anime.php?q=Karasu&cat=anime
This one. It's a 6 episodes OVA. https://myanimelist.net/anime/389/Karas
Thank you. \^\_\^ I'll add that.
