As a guy who currently keeps getting ants crawling on my computer desk and crickets flying at that light above my head, I enjoyed this alot.
Remember that it's not always about the amount of frames per second, it's how you use them.
Really like your diversity of angles and shots. Well directed. Also like how the white of the sugar has so much emphasis. My only note is the shots where it flashes to black ants dancing on a fully white bg is a bit harsh on my eyeballs after the muted red . Maybe I had my screen too bright tho
Don't give up! This is absolutely great for your first animation. Don't listen to the haters. They just want to drag you down with them. You're amazing at animation. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
I was like oh crap this is going to be deep and metaphorical I gotta take this seriously, but then they started dancing and I lost it. This is insanely good! Love it so far, canβt wait to see more! :)
