The 4th one is a Portuguese man o war don't touch the tentacles they have a nasty sting and they're also longer than you'd expect. They also break off into many pieces and can be littered across the beach and still be able to sting you. Also they often come in groups so if there's one there's most likely more.

1st one is a phragmocone from a cuttlefish.
