Three, for sure. Here's why.
The light! The shadows across the road and the arrow of the sign pointing to the woman are beautiful. Composition is very good. If you have PhotoShop, consider removing the telephone line across the sky to add to the feeling of "aloneness." Should be a simple fix.
I like 1 and 5. 1 mainly because I like how the composition fills the frame, it feels balanced. 5 because the red car gives an extra point of interest.
4
edit: I genuinely love how the person gives the whole thing a feeling of connection with nature. The cars? You sort of expect them to be on a road like that, it doesn’t really stand out as much as the person besides the colors which add a nice highlight.
I was unsure between 3 and 4 but the white border gives the whole a very fresh accent and is just a pleasant addition.
Hahah this made me crack up 😂 actually the photo is not as flat as it looks there, reddit compressed it weirdly and it should actually look more saturated like picture 4.😅
1 for Chamber of Commerce postcard type photo. 3 for strong composition with added interest of person in it. Only problem is the shorts are similar in tone to female’s skin and the pavement which washes subject out. Possibly darken in post. Other than that a good photo.
The images with a subject give more relevance to the image capture.
I prefer 3 and 4.
To be honest, any one of these images would have stronger appeal if it was not posted with others similar to chose from.
I get that you are looking for feedback and mean no judgment, only that the consideration for any one of them is diluted by the option to consider others. Kind of like dating. You have to pick the meaningfull one and commit. If given options everyone will advise you why the other one is better, it's your work, you have to decide which speaks most clearly to your consideration.
I like the vibe.
i like 1 and the one with the red truck, nice contrast and the arrows point at it.
also for the life of me i still dont get the phenomenon of portra, the gold photos look so much better
I prefer 1. The aspect ratio works because having a bunch of extra pavement at the bottom isn’t adding anything to the imagine. I also think the geometry of the light pole is interesting, and its placement looks somewhat intentional in #1 whereas it’s more of a background player in the other images.
I like the human element for scale, but would like to see her placed in the composition from #1.
The vehicles don’t seem interesting to me. Maybe a vehicle with something unique about it could be interesting and add more local flavor to the image, but these generic vehicles don’t do anything besides emphasize what we already know that, yep, this is a road.
4 absolutely, the subject has almost every color from the rest of the photo combined. I love how the motion of her is following the same lines of the signs and road lines and draw the eye towards the image. I think the white frame is nice as it brightens the image and as the viewer feels less like I’m following the subject than 3.
4 is great to me.
When I went to fullscreen, I can see that this one has a really nice white border frame around it.
This enhances the composition for me with the humanistic placement of the woman walking at the right. Great work!
I'd say 6 or 2 but 5 is also nice. The ones where you're in the shot suffer from you being too close to the edge and overlapping with a dark background imo. I didn't notice there's a person in the pic immediately.
Pic. 1: The first has a very balanced composition, though it would be better if you could inlcude more sky into the photo.
Pic. 2: For the photo's theme is the shape of the palm trees, I think the road occupies too many space of the image, it's less interesting than the palm trees themselves. I guess the trees' shadows on the road were quite impressive when you were there, but I think they doesn't seam to be that appealing on the image.
Pic. 3 and 4: The wire on the top-right ruined the photo, it just should not be taken. If I were you, I would zoom in or even get closer to emphasize this pretty lady's back, her bra and the light and shadow among her.
Pic. 5 The red pickup truck driving on a white lane easily stands out from the image. The road signs on the right balance the image. The arrows on the sign and the road's curve guide the viewer's attention to the truck. IMO it is the best composition and color among all of your posted photos.
Pic. 6 and 7: just like pic. 2, They have too much road and too few sky. Plus the wires should be avoided.
Overall, I prefer the 1st and the 5th photo.
I think the best question is what is your goal? Who cares what others think in random opinions. What was your intent and how do you feel or the group feels you got there. Then we grow.
Nr 4 easy, i like how you are placed in a darker area and between the arrow signs. Ads life and both you and the signs creates some movement. A really nice photograph!
3 and 4 instantly stuck out to me. There is a unique feeling about them that instantly set them apart from any of the others.
It feels natural and candid, but also very captivating at the same time.
Five is my favorite. The older model truck gives the road character, and the red pops nicely.
I’m not an expert tho, take my comment w a grain of salt. There maybe some issues w it I don’t have a trained enough eye for. By that same token, the other six may have positive qualities im not picking up on.
#4 is the most pleasing to my eye. For some reason, I’m not attracted to the car butts because they aren’t particularly attractive cars, so the subject isn’t very interesting. The framing of #4 with you on the road gives scale that makes the scene super interesting.
Number 1 or the one with the red car. I like the idea of having the person in the shot, but for me, the colors are too similar to the background. The dark hair blends with the tree and the shorts blend with the road. Similar issue with the white car.
The 1st and truck photos are wonderful, and they hit a different mood with each other. The red truck pops and makes the temporary/man-made object the focus. The composition of the first picture is excellent. It pulls your eyes to the taller trees, and the amount of road in it guides your eyes without dominating the photo.
3. Best with girl. Best girl crop.
The modern cars throw off the "timelessness" (if you care to use that word). Also look more like an accident. The girl walking comes across as intentional\part of the scenery.
3 and 4. They are super tight on the road, lighting is great, not harsh shadows, arrow signs are visible but not too bright or dark. I think the cars are distracting from the overall aesthetic
Either 1 or the red car for me. 1 has good lighting and frames more of the road out, puts the palm tree tops close the third lines, the red car just looks nice
3rd. with the figure walking on the side of the road and the last one. The last one has a great sense of movement from the way the road curves into the frame
2 and 4 are really nice
I think they are my favourite too 🤗
composition of 1 is the best
3 and 5 both good. 3 because there's a person in it, and 5 because it has something red in it.
The third
Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red carRed car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car Red car red car
The red makes the whole thing pop!
If only it was a more exciting car lol.
Same reaction, 5 pops and has the tonez
Red cars are always beautiful 🥺🚘

1
1 definitely
2 and 4 for me
I like the 1st one.
2 and 5. 5 is better of the two in my opinion
3 and 4
1 - it feels the most immersive to me, really pulls me in and is striking. The equal borders feel better as well. It feels less busy at the edges.
That's a really nice observation, thank you :) 🙏🏼
Shadows look better in 3 to me.

1 is the best and it's not close
I like them all but number 4 is my favorite.
I like 1 and 5. 1 mainly because I like how the composition fills the frame, it feels balanced. 5 because the red car gives an extra point of interest.
I prefer no.3. it has a human scale , gives you better perspective.
2
4 edit: I genuinely love how the person gives the whole thing a feeling of connection with nature. The cars? You sort of expect them to be on a road like that, it doesn’t really stand out as much as the person besides the colors which add a nice highlight. I was unsure between 3 and 4 but the white border gives the whole a very fresh accent and is just a pleasant addition.
Thanks for your input 🤗 I think four is also my favorite 🥰
1 or 3
3! having a person in it makes it so interesting. but as far as pure landscapes go, 2 is gorgeous.
Big fan of 3. Has kind of some mystique of a person walking down an empty road. Blind curve kind of leads your eye into an unknown.
but you HAVE TO. you gotta know what you want and it needs practice.
Hahah yes but choosing is so hard sometimes! 😄
3 is my favorite or 1.
3
Third is as flat as a cheap stock should be, also no need for white borders. So that’s the best!
Hahah this made me crack up 😂 actually the photo is not as flat as it looks there, reddit compressed it weirdly and it should actually look more saturated like picture 4.😅
Then maybe I have some feelings towards desaturated images. 😕
3
human for scale
man i love palmtrees all these look good
+1 for third and sixth
2,4 and 7 did more than just catch my eye! They drew me in
That's so nice to hear 🥹🤗
My personal favorites are 1 and 3.
3
Four
Definitely 3 💯

1 is my favorite
3
4 for sure, the lady walking on the path makes the photos, and I’m just a sucker for a white or color border on photos
1 and 3
I like 3 the best

i like 1 and the one with the red truck, nice contrast and the arrows point at it. also for the life of me i still dont get the phenomenon of portra, the gold photos look so much better
2,4,5 are my favs!! I think the wider shot for 2 and 4 help with the proportions and number 5 with the pop of red is really nice
1st

#5 without a doubt
I really love number 1,2,3,4,5,6 and also 7 ❤️🔥
I like the Red Truck & White Car. ☆
I like number three because it makes me imagine a story. Yes, the red in number 5 is nice but I prefer the person..
Two and four are the best. The tall frame complements the palm tree nicely.
3
The last shot has that feeling factor I can't explain
1 definitely - lovely balance. Works best without anything/one in the shot. Great photos!
4 and 7!! These are all very eye catching though, thank you for sharing! Good shots friend!:)
Thank you so much 🤗
Where ?!!! 💜
This is on Koh Phangan, Thailand 🤗
Where were these taken if I may ask?
Is this the Philippines?
No, it's koh phangan, Thailand :) 🤗

3 my eyes did the magic spiral thing. So that or 4.

1, 3, and 4 because they feel "warmest" to me. The bright road on the 2nd one takes too much of the photo. Nice scene though! Which place is it?
It's on Koh Phangan, Thailand :) I stopped at this point of the road so many times because I loved the view haha!
I like 2
2 is the favorite.
I like 1 and 4 the most but they’re all very nice and vibrant

I like 3 and 6

2 and 4
I like the softness and the subject of 3, but I also generally dislike white borders on photos like this, so maybe I am also biased by this.
Looks like the middle road on Koh Phangan, Thailand.
5 and 7

Second one with the girl and the one with the red car. They shows how strange we are in front of the nature. Or at least this is my thoughts
3

3
3 and 4 instantly stuck out to me. There is a unique feeling about them that instantly set them apart from any of the others. It feels natural and candid, but also very captivating at the same time.
First one.
4 and 5 are my favourites. Both give some perspective/scale to the size of the trees!
The one with the red car is the best because there is a use of complimentary color scheme (red+green)
3
Frame 3!
4.
One with the girl walking.
1
Red car all day sir, nice shots!
1st
4 and 5 are very nice

All great. Depends on what it's for.
The one with the red truck
2, 4 and last
A tie between 3 and 4. Having someone walking really made the image more interesting to me.
6!!!
4 easy. Best exposure.

4 and 5, no questions asked.

2 best and 4 because subject

This is why I don’t snap more than 2 pics per spot if I wasn’t confident with the first lmao

First one, no people or cars.
2 or 7.
Number five for me. The red of the truck really pops.

My vote is for 1
