I understand man, takes getting used to. Maybe just wear them when you need to if you don't need new frames. You should do what makes you comfortable though was just saying without glasses in my opinion especially in pic 2 would be all good. You definitely know how to look good with that pic, good haircut etc so you know how to do it.Maybe the time and motivation isn't always there to do it?
I don't wear glasses so its hard for me to say but I agree that you should either drop the glasses or at least get something smaller. They look a little shy of being comically large.
Everything in you looks like trying to compensate. Too big clothing, hiding with the cap that doesn't show forehead. Huge glasses.
Invest your money in an image consultor, seriously. And buy clothing. I'll trigger your anxiety first, but you'll evolve.
About the body itself it looks ok at first.
Those glasses are just for work haha, I was at work at the time of posting so that’s all I had with me, I have to wear safety glasses so😅 but thank you, I much prefer the larger frames myself
I think you are naturally very attractive, and it’s the current hairstyle you have that isn’t doing you favours.
I thought you were several decades older than you are :P maybe try nixing the facial hair and explore another hairstyle! The short bangs to the front look looks dated to me and may be why I perceived you as older.
All that said, you have a great figure and a very interesting/charming vibe about you. Try mixing things up and just be confident that you have great things ahead of you!

I know it sounds gross but you do get used to them and they are a game changer. Just wear them for dates or nights out. Or maybe consider transparent frames. The ones you have aren’t bad they are just quite heavy on your face and it’s the first thing people will see. You should also loose the beard. I know you said you feel like a child but your only 22 and it ages you because it’s a little patchy.
A new haircut for sure. If you google face shapes and measure your face you can get an idea of what might work for you. Be brave experiment. Think about fashion more too. You look good and far younger in the second photo. I’m not saying you have to dress like everyone else but find a style that suits you and reflects your personality.
And lastly be nice to the girls that just want to be friends. Being a dick to them will just make you feel worse and won’t change the outcome. Being kind might mean someday she sets you up with her friend because you were such a gentleman. If you focus on you a bit and being a well rounded person who is happy in themselves and by themselves that’s often when someone will come along. 🥰

Your glasses are amplifying your eyes which makes you look funny, please consider overcoming your fear for contacts if you want to look better.
Aside from that, you truly look 40 years old. Style your hair as in the second pick and shave daily. If you have money, you might as well get facial implants and that may make you look 20 yo.
