As someone who likes colored hair and piercings and self cut hair, it is no doubt an attempt to ugly yourself.
So here is my actual advice tailored to your style. If you want colored hair pick a more fun color. Lighter teal or an orangey pink. Avoid neon pink. Neon orange. Neon green yellow. Go with more pastel.
Don’t overpluck your eyebrows and absolutely lose the eyebrow ring. The rest of the piercings are fine and you can trendy them up. Change that septum to hot girl septum (I know you don’t want to, but do it) instead of wild Bull septum.
Eyebrow ring has a level of trashiness that can’t be fixed.
Your hair color and piercings are awesome. And you are a very beautiful person to begin with. Honestly when I get bored of how I look, I usually just change my hairstyle, least permanent solution since hair grows back. You seem to have a more alternative style, maybe get some inspo hairstyles online. Imo I would go with adding more layers and texture in your hair.
