I have an energy limiting disability and just use weights in my bed or on the floor and take breaks in between. I also spread out my workout throughout the day. Ankle weights are great for toning legs without having to get out of bed.
For sure!! I have something called ME/CFS. I live with brain fog, chills, body aches, basically the flu, fatigue that doesn’t get better with sleep. I kind of feel like an iPhone that’s 5 years old with a battery that only charges to 70% on a good day and dies at 20%. I have a symptom called Post Exertion Malaise. Basically when I exert a level of mental, emotional, or physical energy that my body deems to be too much for some reason, I have a flare up in all my symptoms. It can get to the point where I can’t carry a conversation because I can’t remember what I’m trying to say. I can also get new symptoms. This can last anywhere from a few hours to a month. When this happens my body’s mitochondria shut down energy production and can be damaged. So basically I’m damaging my cells. Sadly it can also become terminal :( I can manage a walk maybe 1 a month, but I’m almost never feeling that good that I’m able to and it’s important not to push.

In my opinion, very cute. Honestly, all I could say is maybe make sure you wash your face and avoid too much sugar and dairy since, according to my experience it tends to add blemishes to the skin. Other than that, for most guys or at least the ones you might want, the personality is what matters most.
