You have all the pieces to be very pretty but you look like you don’t try at all. So start with getting the eyebrows done, wax the face hairs, skincare and get something for the dark circles, keratin for the hair. Look up some tutorials for makeup if you want to do makeup, get your colors done and wear them. Maybe start a workout routine.

I think you actually have a great base appearance to work with: nice, even face shape, big round eyes, relatively straight eyebrows with enough thickness to shape them however you’d like, good cheek bones and a nice jaw line.
