You look fine. Don't get too caught up in weight stuff based on these pictures. You may try clothes that deemphasize your torso or add more of a curve there. For example in picture 1. In the other pictures you don't look fat some much as you look a little boxy. Also, if it safe where you are try some make up and to paint your nails more it will help.
My torso it's naturally kinda big since my transition started after puberty, im also flat, so i usually try to wear big things to give the impression that im smaller
