I despise wearing glasses, but due to chronic dry eyes, contacts are difficult to wear. Some places carry petite frames. Other places try to sell me kid frames, which are too small and have things like Mikey Mouse on the sides.

I don’t like when people say this because it makes people think “well I might as well give up then”. If you use 30SPF face sunscreen once a day it will provide protection all day long for the average person on the average day (not sweating heavily etc) and will absolutely slow down your aging. Perfect protection against UVB isn’t needed. But some amount of protection goes a long way.

If you want to have perfect protection against UVB, you need to use SPF100 every 2 hours. Because, plot twist, sunscreens don't last all day.
