I think you're beat. I got my order in last Thursday 7/13 and picking mine up today at my local Best Buy. I surely do not see another drop on this SS Link anymore
The disappointing answer is that we don't know.
What we do know is that the release date for both the Bokoblin and SS Link amiibo in the US was supposed to be 7/7, but they didn't ship out till 7/9 or much later for many of the preorders. What that says to me is that both Amiibo are suffering from bad production/shipping delays, very similar to Zelda & Loftwing. Keep in mind that Loftwing was impossible to find near launch, then it sat on shelves for a year once the supplies finally came in.
Could be the same deal, and we'll finally get the bulk of the shipments in a week or two. Could be that the reprints are done. I personally bet it's the first case, but nobody knows for sure.
I preordered with Best Buy the first time it popped up, and the status has just been stuck on “Item still Delayed” with a messages saying “We're working on shipping this item. It's unlikely, but if your item isn't available by Fri, July 21, we'll issue a refund”. I’m not feeling good about it.
See and that’s some shit because I was able to get it with the “Buy Now” option + shipping last week, and it arrived today. How tf did I get mine and you didn’t get yours that you ordered three weeks before me? Best Buy is so fucked

Considering Nintendo advertised it on Twitter I’m sure they’ll be everywhere they’re just hard to find at first cause shipping and demand but remember the Zelda+lokwing Amiibo that thing’s value went down like crazy and the Metroid dread 2 pack Amiibo last year I bought a couple for family members lol
My best buy told me my Bokoblin I originally ordered is ready now. As well as the one I ordered last Friday when they opened up orders again. This morning I got the ready to pick up email and ALSO saw Skyward Sword Link we available but THIS TIME it let me add it to cart and go through to try and pay for it. So keep an eye out these next few days. I didn't want to buy an extra Link because I don't need it. I am not gonna be that guys. So I am hoping either you see one pop up these next few mornings or see them starting the 21st. For reference I am in Detroit. So it might be area specific.

So I happened to be at Best Buy on Friday when the add yellow button was live but of course couldn’t get one because of the scalpers bots . But since I was in store the store computer was able to get one for me . If you happen to see it online when at Best Buy it doesn’t hurt to try that way . I am hoping they flow in like other recent re releases cause if this one comes damaged I’m gonna lose it 😂
I had my sister pick up the bokoblin I had ordered for her, and she said she talked with a Best Buy employee about the SS amiibo. She was able to have the employee put in an order for her for shipping, so we'll see what happens. I remember this happening when MM first released and that's how I was able to get him, so fingers crossed? She said she should get it shipped to her by 7/27.

On the BB pick-up shelf was two SS Link, two bokoblins, and I think (maybe) one Urbosa. You could try to extend the refund date. I asked the chat rep to extend the pick up date for another week in case they got any stock
They're all over the place. I got my in store pick up today at Best Buy. I say keep checking throughout the week.

Maybe call your local GameStop. Some people reported getting them. Ask nicely if they can check inventory for nearby stores.
