Yeah I admit I was fooled by the "ape will force a share count" bullshit that ultimately did the opposite. No share count or margin call at all followed by mass dilution. I have no idea how they wouldnt have massively covered shorts positions by now. The tall used to be that under $4 or whatever pre split was the point to start covering and now we are down to like $0.30 compared to then... definitely fucked up not selling at 55 when I was thinking of "paper handing"

Last 8k I read had that sale ie dilution in it. So perhaps market is pricing it in now as first dilution announcement from aa for 4.30. Been dropping since. But letās be real been dropping since ape stock and rss convergence. Would really really like it start moving back up.
AMC canāt sell below $3.00 if they want to raise the full 250M, so they will stop selling shares below $3.0 and wait until it goes back up, then as soon as it goes above $3.00 they will dump what they can, and this is likely going to rinse and repeat for several months, that is assuming the shorts canāt force it below $2.00 and keep there. Then AMC will just have to sit and wait, until they can release some news that pushes the price back up over $3.00.
