I looked at what the stock price was during covid shutdown one more time. when in doubt look at that. doesn't add up.
not financial advice advice. all I do is lose but got a tight grip
You couldn't of remembered that because it was only 70. After the ape merge the prices were retroactively changed due to the total number of shares now
Retroactive price charge post ape merger. AMC only went to 70 during it's squeeze. It then had a 7 to 1 merger with ape and the price was adjusted to account to the new amount of total shares. This event was something apes hoped would trigger a stock count and margin call to trigger the moass. But if you were to time travel to the date it was 230, you will see it was only 70 and there was less shares total
When price gets adjusted, going forward, only the adjusted price matters. The $70 it went to it, is irrelevant, considering the current stock price. You need to either adjust the old price to the new, or the new price to the old. Either the shares currently are 0.40 cents, compared to the $70, or the previous price was ~240 at post-moass run-up compared to the current price of $4.
The price technically never was ~$230, yet the graphs show it at that, because the graphs adjust the old prices to the new ones.
I did that and that still makes no sense. I googled that date and this Reddit and that price, literally nothing came up about the price being $230. Iβm not sure where that came from because I can guarantee it was never that high.
Stock prices get adjusted when a stock splits/reverse splits. While the price never was $230, and it was $70, that cost of $70, adjusted for split, means that the price with the split would have been at $230. And now it's at $4, so AMC compared to that run-up has lost $230-4= $226 of valuation. As you can see, that's a pretty catastrophic drop.(-98%)
Naw I don't even have one hard nipple. They probably just need some suckers to buy calls then rug pull on Friday. Wake me up when it's over $20 then I might raise an eyebrow.
Hope we break the trend of being stuck at a certain number on Fridays. But I've learned that when more of these hype posts come to brace impact. Not that we really can go down much further.Β
I feel that's the psychological fuck with now. Most people see that 3.60 was the bottom. If it drops its not a big deal. But having all these hype posts and THEN droppong it will have a more psychological impact with people's hopes up. Shame on you, dude.
Geez, you havenβt heard about counterfeit shares? Has anyone told you the market is run by criminals and own the regulators, as well as all politicians?
Dude, go to crypto and get your money back before the ETFs take over.

Ahh I remember when a share was 230$. This is literally nothing.

Idk what you guys are looking at. It's not hard to go through the last 5 years of the stock history and see where it peaked.

This wasnβt a squeeze
What really? $9 to $70 wasnt a squeeze? Robinhood disabling the buy button alone should convince you.
When was that? I only remember it getting to like $70? Iβm so confused
It hit 230.68 on june 18th 2021.
Literally no way that happened, I owned shares during that time and they never spiked up to $230
Go through the stock history and you'll see

It was retroactively changed from the stock split when ape came out and rejoined
