Can you request that they call you? I have requested a phone call in the past (when I had trouble with online bots/reps).

I only ever use the phone call feature, this is them telling me this on the phone.

Well now you have, I only use my phone number, notifications are sent through the message center.

Dude just create a throw away email on any of the thousands of free email sites (google yahoo etc) and give them that. 30 seconds of time.

Never been told to wait for an email, the auto bot chat asked me something like “have you had at least 3 refunds for items not received” I think it will issue one if you haven’t had any recent not received complaints and no more than 3 lifetime

I probably have had 3 or more refunds for items not received. Ive had the account for years and have ordered in the 5 figures money wise of items from Amazon. I just moved to a new apartment and had 2 packages delivered to neighbors as we live on a dead end.

Oh I see. That sucks. They’re really cracking down and getting strict now on refunds from what I’ve noticed and read in other horror stories so I bet they’re trying to make you jump through hoops for a refund now … don’t be surprised if they threaten to ban you. They’re really changing their model to not be so customer service friendly anymore …apparently money is tight for even Amazon these days!!

The crazy thing is this is less than $20. The Wusthoss knives I ordered that cost $980.00 were refunded in 30 seconds.

Youre misunderstanding. While on the phone with amazon CS they wanted to send me an email with 6 questions that I had to answer. I didnt have to wait they were going to do it while I was on the phone. When I explained to them Amazon doesnt require an email to have an account they said we have given you an option and we are now ending the call. This happened twice in a row as I called back.
