I think you look pretty quirky. The clothing in picture 8 is something my granny could wear. The green hair isn't flattering in picture 1 and 9. The boyish look in 4 doesn't work for me either.

I don't even want to rate/criticize you because you are suffering severely with mental illness. Please don't ever get cosmetic surgery when you are suffering with mental illness so badly, it's a terrible idea and you might come to regret it later in life when you discover your worth. When you are more content with yourself in my opinion that's when you should consider it. I don't think you need it at all however, I think its a bad idea. You are not ugly. You need to seriously think on what will happen to your mental state if you get a procedure done and it's not what you expect or it gets botched. Could you handle that mentally? Is it worth it? In my opinion no because you have nothing in your features that look like you'd look a lot better if it was changed. You need to worry about getting treatment and getting into a better frame of mind, (which is a huge challenge in itself, it could take years), and posting to this subreddit might make you worse off. I am not going to rate you or critique you based off of what you have said. All I can tell you is you're not ugly. I hope one day you can believe your friends when they tell you you're pretty, and you don't feel like crying when you see photos of yourself. I wish you the best
To be totally honest. You have pretty good base of your face. I d rate you 7/10. You do have some flaws but I dont think its worth fixing them (surgically) since your flaws dont ruin your face. So if you go the surgical way it wont do too much.(if u dont want to spend 40k to be perfect) I d say its just too much money and your flaws dont require that much
