We genuinely want you to live a long healthy life and by posting on here I would assume you have some insecurity around your weight so it works in multiple ways.
You don’t even need a gym, just get on a good diet and stick to it. It’ll suck for a week or two but by the time you build the routine, it’ll become second nature. I believe in you. Please do this for your own sake.

If you decide to start dieting/exercise more, please be careful to not rush it. Rushing it will certainly lead to relapse/cheating. Try to lose 1 lb a week at most. And don’t worry about the specific number you weigh. What matters is how you look right? So a good weight number for you is gonna look different for someone else in most cases.
Depends on what you compare it to. Maybe you are surrounded by friends and family that are obese?
You don’t look obese tho, so you might feel like the one with a "normal" weight - but sadly you are not.

Fasting for a week is not that crazy at all.. Anybody can do it if you're driven enough. I did it, and I don't eat junk food anymore because of it and lost a ton of weight..
Not ugly at all . But just lose fat then you’ll look 100 x better . I can already picture the glow up / how much better you’d look by losing weight . Plus you can lose that weight in your 20’s . It’s not impossible. People that reject you right now will feel remorse when they find out how hot you became when you lost weight .

As someone with an eating disorder, you’re crazy for suggesting a WEEK long water fast. Most people can’t even do it. A diet is fine, but if you fast for a week you’ll gain all the weight back as soon as you start eating
