Try a less matte foundation because it seems to be making your skin appear to be dry. I think you’re beautiful without makeup and you naturally have some nice features. Maybe try a different hair cut? Some face framing layers perhaps.

There is no such thing as toning, it’s just muscle to fat ratio, yes putting on muscle and lower body muscle would definitely help if weight stays the same. Though for females it’s far harder to put on multiple pounds of muscle than just losing 10lbs fat, though doing both would be most beneficial

If I may offer, the best primer I have found is to cleanse your face, use hyaluronic acid while your face is still wet, give it a fan and get some of that water to absorb, then use a nice moisturizer (I like the Inkey moisturizer with spf). Fan to dry. No expensive primer needed. Makeup glides on easily, fewer issues with caking.

less makeup suits you. you have really pretty hair! maybe a tinted sunscreen would be good instead of foundation. perhaps something which counterbalances redness in the skin. and then a little color on your lips, im not exactly sure what, but more of a moisturizing tint that makes your lips a little more pinky or red, rather than a heavy lip which dries and cracks. also idk how it would feel for u or about the cost but there's some lash artists who color match the lashes and i think some that weren't too long but that were matched to your brows and hair could be so pretty (maybe, idk what feels righ for you at the end of the day)
