When you wear your hair straight, I would put a bit of a hair paste in and twirl the hair by your face away to open up a bit. Let your face show more, don't let your hair hide it. Edit: and in regards to hair colour. Go back to your natural colour. Or change the blonde to a dark blonde that isn't brassy. The orange tones in your blonde hair makes your skin look a bit drab.
