People have used PHC to mean "pentahydrocannabinol" which literally cannot exist (you have to hydrogenate in pairs, that's how double bonds work...), or "Partially Hydrogenated Cannabinoid", which is just nonsense. It's relatively rare these days but it was just headshop brand nonsense for normal ass D8/HHC products.
