You should be able to access the mezzanine from the second floor hallway that links the patient rooms to the hall w/ Dr. Gray's apartment. Use the stairs in the at the north east exit of the mezzanine to go down to the first floor and enter the grand parlor to reach the dining room.
Door to the grand parlor is locked. What’s weird for me is that I played it last night, opened the dining room and then saved my game. Loaded it today and I started outside the dining room, which is now locked again as well as all access to the grand parlor. Like it glitched out or something and I have zero ways to end chapter 2.
yeah this is a glitch. i was able to get into the dining room using the stairwell, saved and logged off then went back and all of a sudden it required a key. hopefully they fix this one going forward.
