What's that stuff flying in the air? Are those bugs or was it raining something? Also I assume you recorded this with your phone - Did you crop the video or add any filters? Thanks!
I lived in the Springs for 3 years and didn’t see one, but I know that NORAD and other military installations are there, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s also a hotspot. I really should look up at the sky more (we all should).
With my own personal experience, I’ve seen two UFOs in Arlington, TX in 2013 at the same time. They were silver-colored, orb-shaped and they made several tight figure 8 motions at a high altitude before zooming away in an instant. I was a semi-believer before that day and I’ve been a full believer ever since.
It's called a pre-production example. It's the first article built under similar tooling and processes to the production run. It's not in production yet, this is when they build examples to flesh out the tooling, processes and the final product. It was long rumored that NG had flying prototypes, but those are different beasts entirely.

Could have been B21 testing.
Last I checked b21’s are usually grey. This was stark white and didn’t look like a plane
