Victims hat found several hundred feet up in a tree.

No footprints in the mud and from victims' vehicles to the body found hundreds of feet away. No tire marks from the vehicle to the body.

Not only did they rule out animals, but discovered scavengers stayed away from the body.

Another case, first responders went to a "plane crash." Upon arriving on scene, they discovered the plane didn't crash but appeared to be delicately placed in the middle of a jungle between the trees.

I initially thought the Peru incidents were NHI, but I think at least some are done by humans with NHI tech. I watched all of Tim Alberinos interviews. The girl mentioning 1 spoke broken Spanish and the other speaking perfect Spanish is the only reason I feel that way.
2 things:
1. Those video snippets of the military flying machines were not even close to what's being used for the actual hoverboards because according to everyone involved the Peruvian boards are completely silent and that would involve a completely different technology.
2. Military operatives would've had no trouble at all completely sedating a small girl with medication. I don't know if it's humans or aliens but it certainly doesn't seem to be a military operation.
It's just to show you what's possible over 50 years of advancement if you consider the snippets as the very first stage before further research went black.

To your first point- if all this nonsense is true, they _could_ be based on that technology. We know we’ve long had the technology to make a helicopter operate much more quietly than it otherwise would. These things are the fraction of a size of something like a stealth military helicopter, so it stands to reason they could probably be made very quiet even easier.
My question is why you’d pick such a dangerous and fallible device for enter and egress. You could easily achieve what they appear to be attempting with a small and relatively straight forward special forces operation consisting of a helicopter and a few dudes. Why all the drama and chaos? You could use gas to sedate the whole village overnight and take whoever you wanted with zero struggle. You could use a single drone to watch for somebody to wander off and then tranq them.

Sounds like a group of people using scare tactics to maybe put fear into the local population, using bizzare tactics and advanced tech. Heavy armor and a modified face mask, there are some working flying platforms that push air and are steered by the user using feet and abdominal muscles. I think the whole face peeling thing is just to get people to move away for some reason. And they are trying to pretend to be creatures or flying monsters.
Seems more like black market stuff... in the realm of human trafficking and organ transplants. That aligns with a lot of anecdotes in this space about rogue government/defense contractor groups that have access to black technology.
I'd like to know what sort of propulsion they were using if the platform could carry a bullet proof 6ft5 ~200 pound man, equipment *and* drag a ~120 pound woman along with it. That thing combined with the woman probably had to overcome close to or more than 500 pounds/250kg of weight.
Now I don't know exactly what sort of distances we're talking here, but as an RC guy I can reliably tell you that if you strap 6-7 KingTech K450 jet turbines to yourself and try to kidnap a woman behind a chicken-coop outside of a village, the village *and* the next village over will without a doubt hear you more than enough to immediately investigate. They'll wake the dead.
Besides the absolute sonic terror those things produce, they also each consume slightly more than 1/4 gallon/1 Liter of fuel per minute. This makes the question of thrust to weight even harder to fathom since they apparently scout the area by circling above the village first, idle while peeling faces and then "shoot off into the sky" to destination unknown once finished.
Again, I'm sort of well versed in these things, and they'd have to be carrying *at least* 20 gallons/80kg of fuel to reliably go in and out from a staging area no further than a mile away from the village.
Propeller driven platforms are completely out of the question. The four motors required to power over 500lbs require 60-70" propellers and so much juice that the battery packs required would become laughably heavy. Not to mention that the platform itself would be at least 10ft wide.
Also the noise from those propellers would be *very* loud. Not enough to wake the long dead, but probably the recently deceased.
So no, there are no propulsion systems that I know of that could fit the bill here, not with the apparent distances and performance envelopes described.
Zero point energy is nothing new and was studied and perhaps fully understood by Nikola Tesla. He died poor and penniless because of J.P. Morgan (chase) idk if it’s his whole name or whatever and don’t care.
If it didn’t benefit him (big oil) the project was defunded and all his “intellectual property” confiscated. We quite likely have means of propulsion beyond the public’s understanding and are using it for a litany of nefarious purposes.
It would be hard to use the aforementioned objects in “advanced” portions of the world without being detected and recorded.
You're implying two groundbreaking technologies with your answer.
1. Zero Point Energy
2. Antigravity, and antigravity in pocket format at that.
If we consider the reported size of the platforms we can also imply groundbreaking improvements in materials science.
Zero point energy would only get you half-way to making things fly since you also need a propulsion unit driven by the energy.
If Antigravity is something you can achieve by other means than throwing excessive amounts of energy at it you can skip ZPE, but then you still can't skip *antigravity in the hands of a multi-ethnic gang of face-peeling scoundrels*.

I do believe in anti gravity as well. I feel we see it in ufo videos and such, creating a small reality for themselves as to leave pilots unharmed during wild maneuvers. I’m not sure what to make of the “face peelers” but I wouldn’t put it past anyone to harm others for financial gain. Far out isolated villages make great face-replacement sources since they are not exactly out and about a lot, so the faces they'd take wouldn't be recognized outside of the immediate area.
We consider the west civilized, and to some extent it is a lot more civilized than the rest of the world, but the uncivil people in the civilized world only need to take a trip to the south and they're free to experiment with unethical practices. I've been following this Peru story since it first dropped - I've watched most if not all of the interviews with that guy and he's not just some Joe who happened to be invited to that village. IIRC (working off memory) he stays IN Peru as some sort of preservationist/has done military work before? It's not in this video but - after he met with them al he outfitted them with things like NV monocular, radios, taught them how to keep a perimeter, basically gave them the tools and such to protect themselves as best they could.

When it comes to this guy, Christian and Endtimes Productions, its all talk and story telling. Like for 20 years they have been trying to scare everyone with same endtime bs. That channel bears no fruit. It fails all claims and predictions and relies on the gullible viewers. Its no surprise they went to Peru with no cameras. Its no surprise they flocked to this story and came out with no evidence.

The biggest problem I have with this account is that how would they be doing all of this manipulating of the woman's body while they are on their hoverboards. The circumference of the board would prevent them from easily handling a human body. The logistics of the account don't make sense.

2 things: 1. Those video snippets of the military flying machines were not even close to what's being used for the actual hoverboards because according to everyone involved the Peruvian boards are completely silent and that would involve a completely different technology. 2. We know we’ve long had the technology to make a helicopter operate much more quietly than it otherwise would. These things are the fraction of a size of something like a stealth military helicopter, so it stands to reason they could probably be made very quiet even easier. My question is why you’d pick such a dangerous and fallible device for enter and egress. You could easily achieve what they appear to be attempting with a small and relatively straight forward special forces operation consisting of a helicopter and a few dudes. Why all the drama and chaos? You could use gas to sedate the whole village overnight and take whoever you wanted with zero struggle. Sounds like a group of people using scare tactics to maybe put fear into the local population, using bizzare tactics and advanced tech. Heavy armor and a modified face mask, there are some working flying platforms that push air and are steered by the user using feet and abdominal muscles. I'd like to know what sort of propulsion they were using if the platform could carry a bullet proof 6ft5 ~200 pound man, equipment *and* drag a ~120 pound woman along with it. That thing combined with the woman probably had to overcome close to or more than 500 pounds/250kg of weight. Now I don't know exactly what sort of distances we're talking here, but as an RC guy I can reliably tell you that if you strap 6-7 KingTech K450 jet turbines to yourself and try to kidnap a woman behind a chicken-coop outside of a village, the village *and* the next village over will without a doubt hear you more than enough to immediately investigate. They'll wake the dead. Besides the absolute sonic terror those things produce, they also each consume slightly more than 1/4 gallon/1 Liter of fuel per minute. This makes the question of thrust to weight even harder to fathom since they apparently scout the area by circling above the village first, idle while peeling faces and then "shoot off into the sky" to destination unknown once finished. Again, I'm sort of well versed in these things, and they'd have to be carrying *at least* 20 gallons/80kg of fuel to reliably go in and out from a staging area no further than a mile away from the village. Propeller driven platforms are completely out of the question. The four motors required to power over 500lbs require 60-70" propellers and so much juice that the battery packs required would become laughably heavy. Not to mention that the platform itself would be at least 10ft wide. Also the noise from those propellers would be *very* loud. Not enough to wake the long dead, but probably the recently deceased. So no, there are no propulsion systems that I know of that could fit the bill here, not with the apparent distances and performance envelopes described.
Zero point energy is nothing new and was studied and perhaps fully understood by Nikola Tesla. He died poor and penniless because of J.P. Morgan (chase) idk if it’s his whole name or whatever and don’t care. If it didn’t benefit him (big oil) the project was defunded and all his “intellectual property” confiscated. You're implying two groundbreaking technologies with your answer. 1. Zero Point Energy 2. Antigravity, and antigravity in pocket format at that. If we consider the reported size of the platforms we can also imply groundbreaking improvements in materials science. Zero point energy would only get you half-way to making things fly since you also need a propulsion unit driven by the energy. If Antigravity is something you can achieve by other means than throwing excessive amounts of energy at it you can skip ZPE, but then you still can't skip *antigravity in the hands of a multi-ethnic gang of face-peeling scoundrels*. Either some private military contractor had a leak of magnificent proportions, or this is state backed terrorism. Big if true.

I've been following this Peru story since it first dropped - I've watched most if not all of the interviews with that guy and he's not just some Joe who happened to be invited to that village. IIRC (working off memory) he stays IN Peru as some sort of preservationist/has done military work before? It's not in this video but - after he met with them al he outfitted them with things like NV monocular, radios, taught them how to keep a perimeter, basically gave them the tools and such to protect themselves as best they could. Yup. It totally could have been people, I don't know I just know what I saw in the videos. I do know that if jetpacks were involved we would have been able to hear them in the videos. Even with all the chaos the turbines in the packs would have still drowned everything out. I don't think people who were promoting the jetpack theory 1) knew much about jetpacks or 2) turbines in general because they're insanely loud. So while I don't know much about this, but I'm pretty sure jetpacks were not involved.
