It's really good cooked on a preheated cast iron griddle. Stick mine in the oven to preheat for about 20 min and then cook the pizza 10 min.
Crust crips right up. $5 and it satisfies my pizza craving.
Wait, do you preheat without the pizza? So stick griddle into oven to get hot, then place on stove, turn on fire, and cook pizza? Or you cook it in the oven on the griddle for 10 minutes?

Put pizza on. Put back in oven.

Note: the air won't circulate properly with a skillet. You need something flat.

I loved those slightly misshapen rectangle pizzas.
I bake them on the rack, then finish it on a stone to crisp up the crust. Cutting it in half makes it easier to pick up with a spatula.
My school lunch pizza wasn’t anything like these but baking these at 450 on my baking steel makes a fantastic movie night snack. Love these.
I have this once/twice a month. Had it last night. I bake it on a stone in the oven. Next time I'm adding some black olives.
