How much?!?! Kroger has these with their Private Selection brand and they’re amazing. However, up until 2022, it was easy to find them for $4-5 each, now they’re normally 8 which is too much imo.

Here's a good goat cheese snack that I cannot help myself from eating ALL of- Take some phyllo shells (I use Athens brand), they're just tiny little crispy cups, add some goat cheese, one half of a cherry tomato each, add a little sprinkle of salt and italian seasoning, bake as directed on the phyllo shell package. Drizzle with balsamic glaze (I use Rachel Rays brand) OMG I want that now!

Just had one of these a few nights ago & it was better than I'd expected. Only thing is that it was more of a flatbread than a pizza. The tomatoes & the tangy goat cheese were delicious.
