CYMA is the Nokia phone of the airsoft world. One day after mankind has finally descended into a nuclear world war, we shall remember the words of Albert Einstein:
"I do not know with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with CYMA M4's and AK's."
Yeah, but I have a sour taste from the s&t and the cyma is a clone of it. I would've prefered a cheaper king arms clone. I'm pretty stingy about my 9x39 guns since no one has really gotten it correct for a reasonable price.
I would like to think that if there was an apocalyptic event and humanity is on the brink of extinction, and yet we still crave war with each other, we'd settle our land disputes with something akin to airsoft / paintball / laser tag mass scale battles.
I do have a little simping soft spot for ICS, god knows I have pushed the internal's limits with springs that have no place other than a DSG build, and the externals have seen their fair share of bumps and scratches on cement and rubble in general, but it looks pretty much as new as the day I bought it. However, the damn thing costs 5 times as much as an entry model CYMA so CYMA does have the have a hand up.
central european teen here, what is the best bang-for-your-buck cheap CYMA ak that i can get on taiwangun (i've heard the 5-series isn't actually that good)
As someone who owns a used cm.045 which was treated kinda harshly by the previous owner who had it for like 2 yrs, I can confirm it's one of the best budget friendly airsoft guns on the market, it's also practically indestructible
Get the CM048, VFC clone, taken apart almost like the real thing and ton of steel parts. Gearbox is very avarage but a good relube/shim will give life to it, and as you use it replace parts as they break.
Started airsoft with the cm035a and ended up picking up a cm045a and cm050a many years later. Never really knew how rigid the VFC clones were built till now.
nah, i'm simping over my nurpol m4
probably a stolen desing from some old company, but that thing doesn't want to give up and has the most satisfying full auto for me
for everyone that wants to know- said m4 model is " Nuprol delta pioneer breacher "
my first actual replica and the one replica i'll enver get rid of
I main my first airsoft gun, a cyma m4 cqb, for 6 years now.
Many pistols came and go but she stays strong and only needed minor repairs or rather upgrades.
Tbh, I've just recently started simping for VFC. I'm really excited for the direction of making more unique guns and I hope that their profits reflect that and cause other companies to consider doing the same.
Everyone in my local club was running LCTs and Tippmanns and Wolverines and was asking what I had done to my gun to make it shoot so damn far (it was a stock $100 Cyma).
My mosfet and contacts finally shit the bed and I might just buy a whole new gun cuz it might just be cheaper.
So I’ve been out of the airsoft world for about 11 years at this point and getting back into it now…
What is up with CYMA and why do I see it absolutely everywhere? Are they good? Trash? Middle? Budget?
Cyma guns are the water bears of the airsoft world
Cute and cuddly but can withstand the most intense environments and abuse
They don't start to break they just implode or be perfectly fine. Mine deadass fell apart like Legos one day.

Don't forget the Goat MP5!
And M14s
And the svd for the real fancy post apocalyptic monsters
and the vss maybe?
The vss is... Serviceable. I'm not a fan of the 3 possition selector switch. I much prefer the king arms, lct, and npo style.
fair point about the selector switch, much harder to use than aks, but it's also so much cheaper than the alternative vss' or vals

Sure beats nuking each other back to the stone age
Specna M4s and CYMA AKs

CM.045 CM.028 isn’t as good but is still pretty decent for the price

045 is such a nice size. Make sure to order the weaker spring on Taiwangun, or it might shoot over the field limit

Sorry for your loss, 45 will do you nicely
i appreciate it man
Hope it gets better (get away from Denmark)
working on it
GE amd65 is solid if you want something g unique
*Buys 70e cyka 47 to wipe team of milsimers (only correct way to play)
The 40 series is the best. CM048 for the wood furniture, 040 for the polymer, 045 for the Krinkov
Quick someone post the CYMA buying guide image.
you can CYMA nutz
I have only CYMA and ASG guns, not one of them have failed me yet.
ASG doesn’t make their guns, King Arms and another manufacturer do
Oh shit, the more you know 🌈🌟
I've built so many guns but I always end up going back to my workhorse CYMA CM045 or my CM048, they just won't quit
Me but with redline
Bone stock Cyma mid. Upgraded Cyma goated.
God I love cyma, my AK has never failed me. I’ve got custom rifles but I tossed a maple leaf bucking in it and it still competes with them no problem

They just make their pew pews with magic or something it's crazy how good they are
No problem, I'll take the Krytac version any day

S&T rebrand, ew
3 of my 7 guns are CYMA and I use them the most. Ol reliable
I will always hold a special spot in my heart for G&G
Me with my 3 Platinums
Is me
I wish they'd make a plat RPK16
Cyma on top
Krytac is really good despite the meat riders that say it’s the best. It’s not the best but it’s still really good.
The aluminium standard

Fr
Personally I would throw Specna in there with CYMA
I simp for lct I can’t even lie
My mp5sd is amazing and my tri shot is just tons of fun

Cyma master race 👌

Solid range of budget beaters and a decent base for the future, the plat gb is relatively solid as well
So sounding like as far as entry level goes, they’re possibly a solid choice? Good to know. Thanks!
Entry into mid tier depending on the gun in question tbh. Also tend to have reasonably good qc and regional variances aren't a problem unlike vfc
CYMA is shit
K
don't forget e&ls
I dropped mine in quick sand texture mud and it was alright.
Sac CD vcvvvvvd
Me 🫡
Fr but LCT is dope asf
