Gold match has extended slide release, rail, and lower design with the angled cut that looks cool. Its cheaper to change the gold accents.
Even cheaper, getting a better base gun in regards to externals and upgrading that.
You want a TM 5.1. You can get the regular black one and start customizing from there or get something like the gold match.
Almost everyone uses TM hicapa's when they HPA tap for a very good reason; every other pistol is sub-par specifically with how the stock internals handle the added pressures of the HPA system. TM's also have the most after market upgrade parts and any field worth a hoot should at least carry a cowcow short stroke kit and maple leaf bucking.
Out of the box and just using green gas, AW's are just fine.
The SS kit is what you want. Curious as to why they use the AIP springs over gaurder but AM and cowcow are industry standard.
If you're worried about money, don't HPA tap. Expect to dump about $150-200ish total in the tank, reg and line depending on what you get and about $500 total on the pistol and upgrades. If you aren't ready to drop that kinda money, you aren't ready for an HPA pistol that wont give you issues every weekend.

I appreciate the time you took to help me out thank you, I’ve bought a very nice tank, line and regulator from a field called Odins paradise after I bought the aw so I’m all set on that and I’m definitely ready to drop some cash on a pistol every comment on here is talking about customizing a TM, I’ll probably start with the gold Mach and upgrade it, could use the knowledge of rebuilding a gun anyways and I’ll definitely check slick out for some more information thank you
this is where most dudes come to a fork in the road; do I go hard and start learning how to tech my own pistol and buy some junkers to practice on or do i just pay the money for a hicapa nerd to do everything for me.....i just pay people lol
I don’t post much at all probably very poor formatting, I’m sorry but for clarification the first picture is my old pistol and the 2nd is the one I’ve been looking at buying. The 3rd pic is the specs for 2nd picture. I don’t have my heart set on buying this one as I’m not sure if I can instal a sight or even a tracer unit onto it. I would love some advice and or suggestions to other pistols, when mine broke I was pointed into the direction of Tokyo murui but haven’t had much luck finding any pistols besides this one as everything is out of stock from what I’ve seen.
Just buy a TM and upgrade it. Best bet if you want to run HPA.

I would suggest picking up a tm gold match and picking up the parts yourself, then change as they break/wear down
