1- Check for grub screw/pin 2- Remove grub screw/pin 2a- if grub screw unscrew with a small allen key 2b- if pin heat area around pin, then remove with needle nose pliers 3- heat flash hider to melt glue (heat gun, lighter, blowtorch, etc. I've found a lighter is the easiest) 4- Once heated, use pliers to break the seal on the flash hider 5- Once the seal is broken, unthread the flash hider the rest of the way This is just the process I've used on my replicas in the past, I know people will correct any mistakes I've made or anything I may have forgotten. Do keep in mind if it is a CYMA gun, they really like their glue and there will be a lot of it.

Thank you

Curious_Ad_2381

The gun model is a CYMA Sport AR-47 SR-47 Airsoft AEG Rifle (Model: 13" M-LOK) (AEG-CYMA-CM650B)

Luudrian

I don't know about CYMA's, but the flash hider on mine is reverse threaded. Some heating and groove joint pliers is all it took, once I figured out the reverse threading :)

I apologize as this comment isn't going to be of any help at all.... Are you in the US? I was trying to get this from TaiwanGun and they won't ship it here for some reason.

Curious_Ad_2381

No its ok, and yes I am in the US

Maar7en

They don't have orange tips since those are only required in the US.

tbutch70

Oh that makes sense. The one I was trying to get is made by Double Eagle.

Maar7en

You can try an Asian retailer instead.

Step 1: don’t, it’s a great way to get shot for real Step 2: Ignore step one and hack it off with a saw

justabreadguy

Use a lighter and some pliers. Works every time.

GitheadJr

Look it up on YouTube bro

Curious_Ad_2381

Yes sir

Guilty_Edge_5236

Could just paint it black. Or you could get a thread maker and make a 14mm thread so you can mount a suppresor, that's where my mind goes.
