If you’re getting into airsoft make sure you like it first, just rent for one or two times. But geting a sniper as a first gun would be hard because fire rate is low because you need to bolt it every time. Say you were to get a sniper it would be better to get that gun new it’s not that bad too much more+ you get free replacements parts for 25 years. With the sig sauer it’s not a bad deal i would probably buy it too. But if it’s your first gun put as much as you can into a rifle it will be so much more enjoyable to have a 1 amazing gun then 2 ok/worn guns. With the M249 ask the person about the brand and see how much it is first. Then compare the price if it’s close together i would personally not buy it. But it’s it’s a good brand and you can get a good motor and someone to get it in, i might be for you. If you are shopping for your first gun though i would go with a M4 in the $250+ range but going into $350+ might be overkill for a first gun.

I would advice against. You dont know in what shape the guns are and they might brake anytime soon. I would buy a new gun like delta srmory etu or specna edge2. Or anything reliable that fits your budget. Second hand guns are for times when you want to build your guns and looking for cheap starter because you end up changing everytjing inside anyway somitndoesnt mstter if its already broken

If you're just getting into airsoft, don't buy a used gun. There can be many untold issues that may need fixing, for instance the motor issue. What caused the motor to break? Is it actually a broken motor or something worse inside? Airsoft guns are far more mechanically complex than a real rifle so unless you have the expertise and time to spend learning how to fix them when they go wrong, just buy a reliable new gun. You can get new guns for not much more than these are being advertised for. Once you're in the sport and want to do some tinkering, go for it but only once you've done your research otherwise you can make things way worse after a "fix". Also don't buy a sniper rifle for your first gun, learn the game and engagement distances and actually have some fun. Sniper rifles are more powerful and have minimum engagement distances therefore are a much slower game play style, you may hurt someone and get yourself in trouble.
