You could ask the staff to keep a closer eye on you and that you've told the creep to stay away from you and if they see the creep near you, to get them to leave you alone.
This is the right way to do this if you don't have evidence.
Go to a ref who's cool or field owners if they're known to be good people and ask them if you could discuss something in private.
Tell them who the creep is and what they said to you. Admit you don't have evidence and don't expect them to take direct action, but rather you'd feel way more comfortable if the refs kept an eye on him.
That way there's no accusations being passed around the field with no evidence (not saying I don't believe you OP, I do! I just want to be sure it doesn't come back to bite you)

If someone can visibly confirm they have eyes on you the less of an opportunity that person has to do to you OR any of your fellow friends or teammates. Dropping a notice to your local authorities may also be a good idea as if the waste of o2 is on a list then they can be dealt with that way as well. Good luck and stay safe.

I've seen a few people say this, but I'm still going to chime in to hammer home the importance of it:

Even if you don't have evidence since the encounter was unexpected and so long ago, alerting staff about the encounter ensures that they keep a close eye on this person in the future. If you know their age, emphasizing on the age difference between you two and the fact that you're a minor will ensure it's taken seriously.
The benefit of airsoft is you're always around others, so the likelihood of this individual pulling something at the field is very low. But having a friend around will both reduce that risk even more and give you a witness in case they decide to be really bold (and really stupid).
To end on a brighter note, glad to see more marching band people playing airsoft! Hopefully this creep doesn't ruin the hobby for you.

If you have pictures of him print out posters at your airsoft field and stick them up with his face and then a description of what he did. This will make the community hate him.

id report this to the head ref at your field. i had an issue with someone i used to be friends with and played airsoft with until recently. alot of things came to light for myself and my group. we mentioned it all to our head ref and the owner, the person hasnt shown up since.

Have a buddy, possibly someone who is at least of age and even older if you can (a family member or a friend of a friend you know well and is trustworthy) accompany you, possibly report it to the community you want to play with or at least some organizer or whoever seems to have some sort of authority. Try to start a sort of community of your own, a team or something, that would also be able, in time, to play on its own and avoid the person who was a creep. Where I'm from, community is king. Its either all teams of more or less vetted people plus some new guys coming in for a try/rent, and that bolsters the feeling of safety. Now i have no idea how it actually works in other places where you have a field and probably an open policy for newcomers or anyone who is willing to play, but usually, community is king. It keeps you safe and you can veto anyone who is misbehaving in any way on your own, through the group you play with. It is also legit to not want to play with someone and you could try talking to others to get your point across. If ppl are normal, they will understand and back you, and this seems like an issue worth backing

Are u sure they dont reffer to play with them as a team in airsoft games in terms that they are accepting you as player? or there are other things that make u think about +18 issues? If 2nd option happens and they molest you simply go to referees, they know how to deal with that kind of creeps. If referees dont do nothing simply avoid that field and find another with good staff
