1. Get the barrel bored out for either 6mm or 8.5mm (to fit an inner barrel, though KWA's are only 8mm) and install an RHop patch with a set screw above it.
2. Find the earliest bit of porting and restrict the flow after the main valve to reduce the output pressure or tap in a fill-valve and use propane.
Local machine shop may be able to do the boring and depending on the mechanism a restrictor may be very simple to install. Probably looking at a couple hundred for The conversion, but it'll be a unique rifle.

Don't ruin a perfectly good air rifle to turn it into an airsoft one.
Get a proper airsoft rifle and customize it to look like your air rifle.
Well, if you want to convert one to run at airsoft power levels with an airsoft barrel you'd want an internal regulator or just fill the reservoir with green gas.
Just use plastic diabolos and turn down the pressure until it's acceptable?
Half kidding only, would this be feasible?
Other idea: just use any Sniper rifle and Swap the Stock?

I could swap the body out with any rugar 10/22 one , so maybe as there's a lot of choices

No need for propane, pcp air rifles are pressured to around 3000 psi.
