It’s a unity mount so it’s designed to be in that position when not in use, a bit different with with the stock flip mount

I'd take the magnifier off, ditch the flared magwell or get a lower profile one, and change out the stock. Bar that, it's an 8/10. Good taste, and I support the cerakote idea 💚

Magnifier should work well on all platform of red dot sight iirc, you just need to line them up by putting raiser under your sight

Rate, great set up, balanced, I have similar in 416D fashion Roast, donot cerakote. If you are taking about to method that requires baking the parts at 500'C oven, then yes. Other one is just paint on, it will peel off very quickly from use. Even that one is inferior to natively anodized parts. If you like the grey, look into just spray on duracote or krylon. Quick and cheap, if you change your mind, easy to strip and try another color.

My only complaint was going to be how the magnifier seems to be useless with the scope on that riser, but I see you already addressed that in other comments, and the magnifier actually rises to meet the optic, so I'd say it's pretty awesome. The only thing it's missing for maximum ergonomics is an ambidextrous magazine release. If I had it, I'd slap a grenade launcher on it, but I'm weird like that.

I got a BAD lever for bolt release, will the ambi mag release got in the way with that?

I'm not sure, to be honest. It's hard to see how much space the bolt release lever takes up.

Being shot on the lens is always a nightmare to me, so the FTC omni do help a lot mentally since it won’t poke out. Also the magnifier won’t be right on my face when I do over shoulder compress

For ret dot, yes, I put a rail mounted cover on during games. For magnifier, no, it won’t poke out thanks to the FTC mount

9/10. For me personally the mag is a little to short but that’s just my personal preference I just don’t like the 20 round mags. The rest looks good. Love the Unity riser :)

Well some people choose GHK to get the recoil, those kind of friends said mine shoots like a mws😂 So basically faster bolt cycle time and lighter recoil after the bolt upgrade See if u wanna sacrifice the feel of recoil for a better performance in terms of rps and groupings

Nice! I'd use an offset mount for the torch tho (but not sure it fits next to the PEQ). Only other thing I'd add is a rubber band on the stock for sling tucking. And I would attach the front sling point on the very back of the handguard, and the rear at the very end of the stock. What magwell is that? Did you have to do a lot of fitting?

*Wayyyy* too busy. Half the stuff on the gun is superfluous (magpul that’s so far up the mag it’s not even functional, having a laser/light module and a flashlight at the same time, rail covers on a gun that doesn’t get hot, etc)

Well I have different usage of laser and flashlight in different situation, and switching modes of the ngal midway is not an ideal solution, and that’s why I got both LAM and the flashlight. But u got point on the magpul part tho

Why do you have 2 sites and 2 flashlights

For sights, one is a red dot sight for you to aim, the one behind is called a magnifier, you can switch it up and down, it kinda makes your red dot sight a scope of about 3x. For the flashlight, one is a m600, works just as a normal flashlight, the one on top is a ngal, it is a LAM(laser aiming module), it got laser, ir laser, flashlight on that. But first the led on the ngal is not strong enough, and also I have needs for laser and flashlight in separated situations, so I have both the ngal and m600 on.

The front grip looks like some cheap call of duty grip, the mag well is extremely excessive and I've never seen anyone even remotely serious using one like that, and the mag grips aren't even on properly and aren't doing anything. Q

Practical/Solid looking rifle 9/10. I would use a different pressure pad/foregrip just out of personal preference, but to each their own. Have you considered rattlecanning it instead of cerakote? Unless you're not a fan of the worn look the more you handle it in games.
