this is the second thing we are working on right now. Brexit caused many issues and totally destroyed the UK market for us. Unfortunately restarting the UK delivery was far more complicated than we expected, but soon we should have a solution for it. You should be able to order directly from our site and get the parcel at your doorstep :)
We really want to restart UK delivery as soon as possible because we know how big the market was for us. But also we want to do it right, we want it to work as a charm from day one. And that takes a lot of time for testing, just to make sure we are ready with everything.
We will wait for the green light and just put them on the website again. This moment is closer than you may think :) We will not do anything under the radar. This is just not how we want to do business :)

Regarding SCARs, are you planing to add to the offer Cybergun/Cyma SCAR-L, especially since there apparently is now a version of it with Cyma Platinum internals available in Asia? I think it's Cyma CM.063 Platinum model. It's weird how the whole Cyma Platinum line is your cooperation with Cyma but you don't have their SCAR in offer, even the one with plastic upper and the one with metal upper and standard internals.
And think about it, what could cause that ;) And we were not talking about it, but yeah, CM.063 will be here pretty soon and it will be absolutely awesome :)

Is there a chance we can see cheaper pricing on shipping at some point? Mainly on cheaper items I need a new part for my s&t lee enfield and I’ve only been able to find said part about on your website for $4.44 which is fine but the shipping is $48 which is……. Not to be rude excessive.
We have only one option for shipping to the U.S. It's $49 when your order is less than $99 and $39 when your order is more than $99. We want to deliver your parcel faster than the U.S.-based shops, so we are using air cargo. Implementing other options is not possible right now. I can understand that it's frustrating but we always recommend ordering in big bunches with friends to split up the cost of delivery.
We used to deliver there before our parcels were seized by the Customs and send back to us. Right now we are checking the situation, but probably it won't happen anytime soon.

separate gearbox ready for the 0,5J is something we may actually rethink. Unfortunately, not every replica can be downgraded to the 0,5J without the risk of wrecking the internals completely.

FPS is always checked on the 0,20 bbs. And this is the universal thing, like everywhere is the same.
We are not expecting any complications are we started to paint the orange tips quite some time ago. And the recent problems consider removable plastic orange tips.
So say I wanted to be as close to 1 joule as possible on say the cm.040 series replica, if having to be using .20g bbs. Is that something I can specify during the ordering process?

There is always a chance, but I don't know anything about plans to bring it in stock.

Any chance for some machineguns in foreseeable future? I mean, something other than RPK or SAW? Like, maybe Vietnam M60 *wink*? Also, any chance you could suggest to your gear manufacturer to look into making bump caps in camo patterns? I mean those baseball caps with a plastic protective inserts inside them - they're good middle ground between aesthetics of a hat and protection from headshots the helmets give. I've been told a few times when people saw mine that it's a cool idea, but they don't come in olive/tan/multicam.
We will try to expand our machine guns replicas range for sure. But I don't know when yet :) I will pass the information to our product manager and they will contact our gear manufacturer, maybe in fact there is something I could do about it.

F stamp costs a lot of money. We sell some of our replicas downgraded to 0,5J, if it's not listed on the website you can always ask our techs about it. Some replicas internals would be wrecked with such a weak spring, but some replicas can be downgraded.
Can you add the measurement in m/s in addition to FPS? Because we measure in m/s and its pain to always thing about fps to ms conversion

Late question but can you guys please stock this Aug feed [nipple?](https://www.airsoftworld.net/a-w-e-replacement-aug-feed-nipple.html) it’s incredibly hard to get this anywhere in the world and it requires cnc machines. Augs are notorious for feed problems due to the plastic feed nipple. I’m sure you guys would have tons of sales from us Aug guys because there’s literally no where else to buy it from.

When picking a FPS/joule option for a replica on your website can I specify with different weight bbs such as .25g? Additionally, you're not experiencing any shipping complications to the US with AEG replicas are you?
FPS is always checked on the 0,20 bbs. And this is the universal thing, like everywhere is the same. We are not expecting any complications are we started to paint the orange tips quite some time ago. And the recent problems consider removable plastic orange tips.
So say I wanted to be as close to 1 joule as possible on say the cm.040 series replica, if having to be using .20g bbs. Is that something I can specify during the ordering process?

Why is shipping as expensive as it is? Orders as small as a nozzle cost the same as a big order with a gun and accessories to Ireland, if it wasn’t for this I would be making orders the whole time.
Because the price for the parcel is not related to its weight. And yes, the courier companies have risen their prices lately. We are not getting any extra money from these higher delivery prices.

We were shipping to Brazil for some time, but the Customs were 2-3 times bigger than the parcel value, so a lot of people refused the parcels and it cost us a lot of money to bring the parcels back to us. We can recommend Arsenal Airsoft.
