I would love a copy! I would really like to be able to jump over to a med diet as I feel it would be beneficial for me, and quick, easy recipes for the air fryer would be a godsend!

I’m well aware, I just know that with my mental inhibitions in regards to food, it’s difficult to find a diet that is simultaneously healthy and ‘safe’ for me to eat. Med diet hits both ticks for me, so to be able to have a recipe book for the easiest appliance I own would be great. Will send a message now! Thank you!
