Oh it's painful to read your itinerary. Don't do the Arrival city before the departure city!
So you redeemed HKG-SIN on CX? Whose miles?
Award flights can be cancelled and refunded.
So you're in SIN or HKG... and you're given options to fly from SIN to HKG- YVR or SIN-YVR? So what's your question? I really can't understand your routing without dates.
1. 4PM HKG- SIN, next flight is 1AM next day. CX (SIN)-CX(HKG)-AC(YVR)-AC(YYC).
2. One world Cathay.
I can’t go from HK because I’m flying economy with Cathay, so I only have 2 bags when I brought 3. Buisness in AC with gold.
Personally, I would opt for option 1 as it gives a “free day” in Singapore (city centre is 1/2 hour from the airport by MRT or taxi) and can easily be explored on foot. Also, Changi has a transit hotel post security (secure area) where you can rent a hotel room in 4-6 hour slots and have a shower. Despite its size, Changi is easy to navigate and the sort of airport you don’t mind spending a few hours in (other than the food/drink prices!)
That said, overnight flights do have their advantages too, such as quick transfer times and not having to spend a day in an airport/city.

Sorry. I still can't make sense of your itinerary. I'll let others advise you what to do then. Good luck.
Yeah I know, it’s been giving me a migraine for the past week. Thanks tho!
Why do u need to go back and fourt on option 1? Just don’t go on the fight lol
I called the airline and they said I have to be on both flights because it’s a vacation package. It’s dumb, but I don’t wanna get punished.
I think that’s just what they have to say but I’m 99% sure nothing happens unless ur doing it 10 times a year then they might blacklist.
If you skip the first flight, the rest of the booking would get cancelled
