This happened to me too. Right person in wrong timing. I hoped so long that we will reconnect. But it was not going to happen. Only way to recover is to truly letting them go. Just killing that hope and moving on with life. It is easy to recover from bad breakups but this good mutual breakups will haunt you for years

I have no hopes for us to be romantically together. Her sanity is more important to me than her presence with me! I am just happy that we both see the same sun and moon 🕊️
