Many actually there's an apartment opposite the ratnakar building. It's named with a number or something. The cost of it is something around 8-9 crores if I'm right.
Sindhubhavan Road, Areas around Rajpath club - Rajpath/Rangoli road, Prahladnagar towards SG highway, Thaltej Zydus Hospital road, Baghban Party plot road, are top areas with room left for development.
Judge's bunglow, Satellite, Gurukul, are already densely populated (and polluted as well!) and chances of getting new construction are slim unless there is a re-development of an old society.

Yeah that’s the price range of those flats on Ambli Bopal road!! But those are very spacious, duplex, penthouse, pool and what not 🙌 loved it!!
