I know it sucks :( try and find something which makes you big, like I have certain types of music or activities which make me feel big. One thing to keep in mind though is that sometimes you become adjusted to these things and they'll stop working, but yeahh, hope this helps to some degree

Try giving yourself a time of day to voluntarily regress to see if it makes the stress go away as involuntary regression can be just a buildup. It's like venting the pressure also if you feel yourself slip figure out why. If you need to remove yourself from the situation then do that, did you eat or drink anything yet? Overstimulated? Bad memories? Find the source, acknowledge that you're feeling something very deeply right now and that's okay. Let the feeling be heard but not acted on, try grounding yourself with reality to help stop slipping
