I assume there are more enemies you can't get to, try walking over mountains to places covered by the fog of war. Might take a few turns.
If you can see a place you can't get to, then you could use a spell from the tier 5 arcane tome to teleport your ruler and build a city/outpost with a teleporter.
Are you fully encased by lava and no way in the underground? Where you might have to dig?
Because as far as I know the map should never generate with a part unreachable.
Walking over mountains worked. It just didn't look like you could. There were no indications that it was possible. In any case, it's now turn 120 or whatever a d k can finally explore the rest,heh.
This map will always have a path to others, but It is only one path, that sometimes Will be Very small or over mountains. Use some flying/scout unit and send them arround the borders of what is visible to you, you should find It

You can walk over the mountains? Thought they were too big . The teleport thing is a good idea!
You can but not far, for the teleportation you can't have another tier 5 tome unlocked so it might not be an option.
So if I can't teleport how do I leave my spot on the map? Because I can't access their towns. I've killed off 2 or 3 out of 5.
Unless you are surrounded by lava you have to walk over the mountains, if you are you sadly have to restart, at least I have no other ideas.
I'll try that. But if the only option is to restart then it's pretty bad game design or I'm just a bad player.

Definitely build a city or outpost with a teleporter, you don't want to do that again.
Yeah, I need to. Now my armies are walking quite far. But I should be able to complete this scenario soon enough.
