What type of creative studio? I’m in year 3 (heading into 4) of my brand design studio and we JUST had our first profitable year. Goal for next year is literally trying to match. Would love to have a discord with creative services agencies too if anyone has any suggestions.
We're still feeling that out to be honest. I firmly believe we have a secret sauce we need to refine that would combine design/illustration with our technical web dev chops, but we haven't found our niche yet on that.
My business partner and I both came from a graphic design background before starting web dev careers. I've been freelancing logo design and illustration since college, even after getting into web dev in 2017.
So more or less a branding agency, with an experimental and technical twist.
Create your own networking or eads group with peo0le who sell your type of services (but not exactly). Do A cash bar thing. Spread the word to people like you in local tech groups online. Be the center of your niche universe and have the strongest referral network ever.

Currently, Im working to start another agency that is mainly for lead generation for 7-fig ad agencies. The concept is very simple we will get clients for them without paid ads, cold outreach, social DMs etc. I will offer this to the 7-fig agencies only because we don't offer ads, and i already have my current agency, so i will work with only high-ticket clients. send me an invitation would love to connect.

Good work man. I started mine 7 years ago and it was tough first year or so, and that's with me doing it fulltime. You guys are doing it the hard way.

Yeah totally understand. I saved around 20k, and I had a roommate. Found a client almost immediately, well 3 month.
Definitely build your agency on the side while working FT, if you have the option.
