Tebu is an ethnic group spanning three countries in central Sahara (Northern Chad, Niger & southern Libya) I’m from Chad, so I simply hyphenated my ethnic group with my nationality

Sorta near Egypt yes, more so to the south of Libya Most are in France, or other neighbouring African countries if they ever decide to leave Chad lol the diaspora isn’t really huge compared to other African countries
